Start Your Return
Begin your return through the Re:do Returns Portal using your order ID and zip code.
We now offer Re:do Return Coverage, which allows you to:
- Cover return shipping + shipping protection with a one-time fee at checkout
- Use the portal even without coverage (discounted return label available)
Return Steps
- Start your return in the Re:do Returns Portal with 10 days from delivery.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- If you purchased Re:do, your return shipping is covered
- If not, purchase a discounted return label
- Print your label and drop off at USPS (labels expire after 7 days, please drop your return in the mail asap)
Return Policy Guidelines
- Store Credit Only: All approved returns are issued as store credit via emailed gift card

Return Window:
- Return must be started within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be mailed within 5 days of receiving your label or it will expire.

Condition Requirements:
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- No makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or odors
- Items not in new condition will be rejected without refund
Important Return Rules
- Items discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE
- Promotions like BOGO, BYB Cash, or special sales = FINAL SALE
- Attempted returns of FINAL SALE items:
- Will incur an $8 restocking fee (each piece)
- Credit issued at current sale price (at time of return)
Non-Returnable Items
- Jewelry
- Swimwear (ALL SALES FINAL)
- Sunglasses
- Bralettes
- Bodysuits
- Hats
- Accessories
Shoes
- Must be returned in original box inside another shipping box
- Do NOT place labels on the shoe box
- Damaged box = $8 restocking fee or rejection
Late Returns
- After 14 days: $8 restocking fee applies
- After 30 days: Return rejected
- After 45 days unresolved: item may be donated
Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Discounted USPS labels available via Re:do portal
- Lost/damaged returns are not the responsibility of Be You Boutique
- Insufficient postage = deducted + $5 fee

Processing Time
- Returns processed within 7 business days of receipt

In-Store Purchases
Same policy applies. Items may be:
- Returned in-store within 14 days
- Or mailed back if needed
🎄 Holiday Returns
- Return window extended to January 1st
- Applies from Black Friday – January 1st
- All other policies still apply (FINAL SALE rules, etc.)

Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order immediately.
- Must be reported within 2 business days

- Include clear photos
If Approved:
- Prepaid return label provided
- Item must be returned within 7 days
- Processed within 7 business days of receipt
Note: Pattern variations are not considered defects.
❌ Cancellations
- Cancellations incur a 10% fee (payment processor fees)
- Orders cannot be canceled after processing
💲 Price Adjustments
We do not:
- Adjust prices after purchase
- Apply discounts retroactively
