Processing Time:
We typically ship orders within 2–5 business days (excluding wednesdays, weekends, and holidays). We’re a small, family-run crew doing our best to keep things moving fast—every now and then we might fall a tiny bit behind, and we truly appreciate your patience when that happens!

If you choose to upgrade your shipping, please note that shipping times do not include order processing time and are not guaranteed.  Once shipments are in USPS hands, we do not have control over them.

Preorders:
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will ship together once the pre-order arrives (meaning a slight delay for the whole package). Want your in-stock goodies sooner? We recommend placing separate orders.

Heads up: Preorder ETAs are just estimates—but rest assured, we’ll send your items out the moment they land in our hands! 📦✨

Orders not picked up within 45 days of receiving your “Ready for Pickup” email will be considered abandoned and may be returned to inventory without a refund.

Due to an increase in missing and damaged packages from carriers like UPS and USPS, we now offer Re:do Shipping Protection as an optional add-on for your orders.

How It Works:

  • Re:do Shipping Protection is automatically added to your cart at checkout.
  • You may remove it at any time before completing your purchase.
  • If your order is lost, you can easily request a refund or replacement.

Filing a Claim:
All claims are handled directly through the Re:do Return Portal via their app or website, making the process quick and hassle-free.  Please note: All claims will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable carrier policies, including those outlined by USPS.
